Message	They machined off the flange mount, bored out the inlet hole, then welded a piece of pipe in there. Pic shows the welds before they were fully cleaned up/smoothed. As I said, I put ~5k miles on this turbo after that was done with no issues. I bought the turbo brand new, put about 10k miles on it before I sent it to them to do this.
